WRC FLOW BENCH

Now you can flow your fuel pumps and other fuel system components using the same advanced flow system technology that we utilize here at Waterman Racing Components every day.  WRC has engineered this flow bench to be used anywhere, whether you are at the track or in your own engine shop.  This portable flow bench from WRC is compact, simple to operate, and more importantly EXTREMELY accurate!

Pressure can be applied to the fuel pump at any RPM.  Digital read-out displays either gallons per minute in .01 increments or can display measurements in pounds per hour (PPH).  The nozzle meter is a glass tube with a range of 10 PPH to 100 PPH in 1-lb. increments.  There are return provisions for 8 nozzles and 3 check valves in order to flow a complete fuel system (minus the barrel valve).  These return holes are machined into the acrylic lid so the nozzle spray and check valve operation can be monitored and inspected.  WRC can upgrade or modify any component(s) of the flow bench in order to meet your individual specifications.  Flow test pumps, compare actual flow rates, and see for yourself who builds the best fuel pump!
